How to use :

Start with clean, exfoliated, and dry lips. Line your lips, slightly overlining for volume, then fill then in completely for the base. Allow it to dry completely  for ( About 1-2  Minutes) Without rubbing lips together to ensure a matter, waterproof finish that resists transfer.
